The NYC Triathlon Winners, Results and Updates

Around 3,000 tri-athletes had turned out for annual Olympics distance event today in Nautica Triathlon touring the Upper West Side and the Central Park.

For the women’s division, the New Yorker Rebeccah Wassner defended her title and won the women’s division at an unofficial time of 2:01:30. Following her was the twin sister Laurel Wassner.

On the other side,  Filip Osaly won the men’s division.

The Czech tri-athlete is a big surprise to win the men’s division as everyone is expecting the American Matt Reed to win the event.
