KABUL, Afghanistan: A suicide bomber exploded on Friday in the southwestern Afghanistan. It has killed at least 16 people, which also includes two children and one police officer, and has wounding dozens others. The suicide bomber was riding a motorcycle.

In another incident in the eastern Afghanistan, 2 roadside bombs killed at least 4 people.
According to Afghan officials, the suicide bomber had targeted a busy area of the Farah city, which is the capital of Farah province.
According to Farah province governor, Rohullah Amin, the blast occurred near his compound and it had shattered his office’s windows.
Till now no one had claimed responsibility for the incidence.
A day before Hamid Karzai was sworn in as president for a second term.
