Suicide Bomber killed 2 in Pakistan
Mar 1st, 2008 | Category:World NewsA suicide bomber rammed his explosive-filled car into a security personnel vehicle in which two people were killed & 21 others injured in a restive Pakistani tribal area bordering Afghanistan. The incident took place outside Jar village, near Khar, the main town of lawless Bajaur tribal district, where suspected pro-Taliban militants regularly attack security forces.
Iqbal Khan an official of governemnt said, “A civilian and security official died and 21 others, including eight Levis (tribal police) personnel, were injured in the suicide blast”. The security official & the civilian died at hospital. He said authorities had found the head of the suicide bomber who was driving white Suzuki car.
