No survivors in Venezuela ATR 42-300 plane crash
Feb 23rd, 2008 | Category:World NewsRescue teams on Friday said that none of the 46 people aboard survived in plane ATR 42-300 that crashed on Thursday night in the mountains of Venezuela. Jhonny Paz a firefighter said, “The impact was direct. The aircraft is practically destroyed & there are no survivors in the crashed plane”.
The airliner of Venezuelan was crashed in Venezuela. The plane was crashed in the Andean mountain state of Merida at a point some 4,750 metres above sea level. The twin-engine plane owned by Venezuelan airline Santa Barbara failed to contact control towers as expected after it took off from Merida en route to Simon Bolivar International Airport outside of Caracas.
