25th May, 2012, New Delhi: According to reports, Samsung’s brand new  Galaxy S III smartphone is all set to be unveiled in India on 31st May. Reports also suggest that the device will be launched in New Delhi and could possibly be priced at Rs. 42500.
Already, the South Korean giant began receiving pre-orders on their e-store. The company is also asking to pay Rs. 2000 to get in the line for the handset. The e-store of Samsung India also promises the consumers that they will get a guaranteed gift with each pre-order.
Recently, in London, Samsung announced this handset at a press conference. The device comes with a 4.8 inch Super AMOLED screen along with a 720P resolution. It also has 1GB RAM, microSD card slot, 2100mAh battery, Bluetooth, 3G, Wi-Fi and 8MP shooter with backlit sensor, zero shutter lag and burst mode. The handset runs on Android Ice Cream Sandwich operating system. The device is 8.6 mm thick and weighs around 133 grams.
