Previously, Dell had their Android powered tablet called Streak, but the device was not so popular among common mass. The company has learned from the errors of other makers and it has helped them to understand what the consumers are really looking for in a tablet.
Dell wants to re-enter the market in a grand way and they are very careful about the way they will enter the market near the end of 2012. Reports suggest that the new tabs expected to be Android OS based.
