New Delhi: Amit Jethwa once an (Right to Information) RTI activist from Gujarat, murder  has again brought up the obstacles in successfully implementing a legislation that meant to expose corruption happening in the government into the sharp focus.
The major hurdle that seems to be there over the issue of the RTI activists is the threat they are facing for their lives.

Amit Jethwa, was shot dead by some unknown assailants this Tuesday evening. He was in the process of exposing the nexus between the officials, politicians and mining mafia of Gujarat. Amit’s family is accusing a BJP MLA having a hand in the killing.
