Felipe Massa won “The Bahrain Grand Prix”
Ferrari’s Felipe Massa has won his first race of the 2008 season “The Bahrain Grand Prix” on Sunday. This race is the second win for Team Ferrari this season. In the 57 lap race, the Ferrari drivers made a blistering start to the race & continued their winning streak till the end of the race.
Ferrari’s Kimi Raikkonen finished second at the Bahrain circuit, while Robert Kubica of BMW Sauber finished third. BMW Sauber driver Nick Heidfeld took the fourth position.
McLaren’s Heikki Kovalainen ran a reliable race for his team & finished at the fifth position. He took the turn to set the fastest lap of the day of 1:33.193 on lap 49. Force India’s Giancarlo Fisichella of Italy finished at 12th place, while his team-mate Adrian Sutil of Germany finished 19th.
Team Honda’s Jenson Button, Nelsinho Piquet of Team Renault and Sebastian Vettel of Team Rosso are out of the race.
