A Congress corporator has been shot dead by unidentified persons at in the satellite city of Navi Mumbai on Monday.
A senior official of Police said that the Anand Kale, a corporator from the Airoli ward was murdered by some unidentified people.

Police arrested 25 Tibetans in Mumbai
Police has arrested 25 Tibetans in Mumbai on Thursday as they tried to storm the Chinese consulate.
The protest came amid nationwide demonstrations by Tibetan exiles coinciding with the India leg of the Beijing Olympics torch relay, which is set to take place under tight security in the capital New Delhi.

Hong Kong from Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport service has been launched by jet Airways to become the first private Indian carrier to fly to Hong Kong.
