Aarushi murder case: CBI begins questioning Dr Rajesh Talwar
The CBI has on Monday began questioning Dr Rajesh Talwar in connection with the murder of his daughter Aarushi & his servant. The agency moved an application before a court in Noida for his extensive questioning. CBI officials said since the statements of Talwar’s wife Nupur, their other servants & neighbours have been taken, it is necessary to corroborate them.

The CBI on Monday has got one day remand of Dr Rajesh Talwar the father of Aaruhi. The case has been transferred to CBI’s special court in Ghaziabad. The CBI had sought custody of Rajesh Talwar for seven days, but the Noida court agreed to only one day & specified that Talwar’s lawyer must be present during his interrogation.
