Gautham Menon, the director of Ekk Deewana Tha, shot the music video for him. Sources say that Fox Star Studios Vijay Singh, the producer of Ekk Deewana Tha, told that Rahman has been very excited for the whole album and it was his idea to shoot the song.

In the past, Rahman appeared in a cameo in Akon’s hit Beautiful. This time A. R. Rahman will be playing the piano and singing the song. The song is a very romantic song and Rahman’s presense has made it even more exciting and special.

The film Ekk Deewana Tha is a remake of Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa, a Tamil film. A. R. Rahman, too, had composed for the Tamil version. The new film is starring Starring Prateik and Amy Jackson.
