Tighten Security at Gujarat railway stations after bomb threats
May 24th, 2008 | Category:Breaking News, Cities News, India News, National News, States NewsSecurity has been beefed up in all four divisions of Western Railways - Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara & Bhavnagar on Friday following bomb threats, Police said today.
Railway authorities in Delhi had received threats purportedly from militant group Jaish-e-Mohammad & alerted Western Railway headquarters.
Sniffer dog squads have been sent to Rajkot, Dwaraka & Veraval & the newly-built Somnath railway stations & the security has been beefed up in all stations of the four divisions.
