Three get life term in hijacking case

A special court in Patiala today announcelife term to three in connection with the Indian Airlines plane IC-814 hijacking case. The three persons Abdul Latif, Dalip Kumar & Yusuf Nepali were arrested on charges of conspiracy to hijack the Indian Airlines flight from Kathmandu to New Delhi on December 24, 1999. The court in its 69-page judgement found Abdul Latif, Dalip Kumar Bhujail and Yusuf Nepali guilty of providing logistical support to the terrorist for hijacking of IC-814.
