Talwar’s Lawyer: UP Police treated Dr Rajesh “very badly”

Pinaki Mishra, the lawyer, said that the Talwar’s family met Rajesh on Sunday after about seven to eight days & “he is in a very bad shape”.
Rajesh Talwar was arrested by the Noida police a week after the murder of his 14 years old daughter Arushi & his servant Hemraj. Mishra said, “Police have made him sit out for 48 hours without being allowed to sleep. He has been subjected to intense emotional & psychological trauma & terror”.
He also expressed hope that CBI would take corrective steps immediately & shift him to a hospital. Meanwhile, the CBI, which took charge of the Noida double murder case on Sunday from the Uttar Pradesh Police, is likely to file an application in the court on Monday seeking custody of accused Rajesh Talwar.
