A Delhi court has on Saturday allowed the plea of police seeking further interrogation of an alleged kingpin of an inter-state prostitution racket for nabbing & cracking the entire network. Metropolitan Magistrate Ravinder Singh sent Geeta Arora alias Sonu Punjaban to two days police remand, allowing the plea that her custodial interrogation was needed. The court, meanwhile, deferred the hearing on the bail plea of three accused including prime accused Arora till November 22.

Sonu Punjaban, who was heading a high-profile sex racket in Delhi, was arrested by Delhi Police yesterday. Sonu Punjaban has been into the flesh trade since she was 14. She had been associated with notorious criminals & gangsters like Vijay Singh, Deepak & Ashok Bunty – all died in police encounters.
