Sonia Gandhi the chairperson of Congress will address a public rally in Srinagar today. The rally is seen as the beginning of the partys campaign for the Jammu & Kashmir Assembly elections and next year’s Lok Sabha polls.

For Sonias daylong visit, a foolproof 3-tier security blanket has been thrown around the areas where she will visit.

Sonia will visit the biggest Kashmiri migrant camp in Purkhoo area & address a gathering of migrants. She is also expected to visit the Jagti migrant township in Nagrota, which is still under construction.
