I am boarded out from Indian Air Force as a recruit Pre 96 with disability element of 30%. What will be the my disability pension element.

I joined as a Tecnician at National Institute of Virology, Pune on 22-5-1995 in the pay scale 4500-125-7000 (therefore basic- on 1-1-06 was 5750) and after 11years and 6months I got the post of Technical Assistant on direct recruitment basis in the same office on 11-10-2006 ( I had applied through proper channel) and my pay was fixed under FR22(I)(a)(1) before implementation of 6th CPC.In the new pay fixation the above mention increment has been given from 1-7-07 instead of 1-10-2006 saying that only one increment is to be given each year and yearly increment on 1-7-07 has been withdrawn saying that I have not completed one year in the TA post. Kindly suggest the fixation.

I retaired on 31.7.1995 at the post of Sub-Inspecter, U.P. Police. My Pension No. B.C. 643.My Scale was 5500-9000 at the time of retairment. Whether, I got my pension benifit. Kindly give me details of my pension fixation.

I retired on 31st March,2006.Whether I will get the benefit of pension as per the latest order of the Govt. that 60% arears will now be cleared before puja’s.Do all the retirees will get this benefit or not.
