Rishang Keisingh won Rajya Sabha seat in Manipur
Rishang Keisingh, Congress candidate & former Chief Minister, won the Lone Rajya Sabha seat in Manipur.
Rishang Keisingh who got 49 votes, defeated Independent candidate B D Behring, who gained eight votes in the 60-member Manipur Assembly.
One MLA was absent from voting & two votes were declared invalid.
