Patiala Railway over bridge to open on July 15
The Railway Over Bridge (ROB) over the level crossing No. 21 in Patiala is all set to be inaugurated by Punjab chief minister Parkash Singh Badal on July 15. The deputy commissioner of Patiala, DS grewal has said that the project has cost Rs. 27 crore. The length of this ROB is 608 meters & 18.7 meters wide for the plying of two way traffic.
The funds for the purpose made available by the Punjab Infrastructure Development Board. The foundation stone of the over bridge was laid by the Chief Minister Capt. Amarinder Singh in September, 2006
