Passenger is misbehaving: Indigo Airlines pilot to ATC

Indigo airline scheduled from Goa to New Delhi today evening made an emergency landing at the Indira Gandhi airport in New Delhi. Indigo is a private airline.

The landing of the aircraft was not a serious one. The pilot of the aircraft reported to the Air Traffic Control (ATC) that a passenger in the flight was misbehaving and was also creating trouble inside.

Briefing to a private Indian television channel, this private airline confirmed that all the boarded passengers are safe in the plane.

The aircraft, at around 5.30 pm, moved to the isolation bay at the Indira Gandhi International Airport. The aircraft was Flt No E-664.

Confirmation has also been officially given by security and aviation sources that the ATC was informed about the misbehaving of the passenger by the pilot.

Quick response teams from the security surrounded the aircraft the moment it landed at the isolation bay.
