Neeraj Grover murder case: Court rejects plea of Marrayya

A Mumbai Court has on Friday turned down both the applications filed by Kannada actress Marrayya Monica Susayraj, co-accused in the Neeraj Grover murder case. Susayraj had sought bail from the Sessions Court after which her lawyer Niteen Pradhan filed two applications, one seeking a copy of her confessional statement & the other seeking to permit her to be present in court during the hearing of her bail application.

Additional Sessions Judge P H Mali rejected both the applications & has posted the hearing of Susayraj’s bail application on June 24. Susayraj & her naval officer fiancee Jerome Mathew were arrested in May this year for murdering Neeraj grover, creative head of TV Production house Synergy Adlabs. The two had allegedly stabbed Grover to death & had burnt the body.
