Militants fired grenade at Jammu & Kashmir secretariat
Militants have on Sunday fired a rifle grenade at the Civil Secretariat of Jammu & Kashmir, wounding two persons including a CRPF constable. Two persons, including a CRPF constable, were injured in the blast. The identity of the other injured could not be ascertained immediately. The grenade was probably fired from Suthrashahi locality & the area has been cordoned off.
Although militants have carried out grenade attacks in the city targeting security forces, this is first attempt in several years to target the Civil Secretariat.
