Maruti Suzuki launched Swift DZIRE
Swift DZIRE has been launched on Wednesday by Maruti Suzuki India Ltd (MSIL). Managing Director of Maruti Suzuki India Ltd said, “It has a special place in our product strategy. Millions of Indians own compact cars. With growing incomes & better lifestyle, many of them want to upgrade to a sedan. But today, they are not able to find an entry level sedan that offers style, features & performance. The DZire offers all this & at an attractive price”.
An official said that the new Swift DZIRE is available in both petrol & diesel versions. The DZIRE petrol comes in two variants, DZIRE LXi & DZIRE VXi, priced at Rs.4.49 Lakhs & Rs. 4.97 Lakhs respectively.
The diesel DZIRE, available in LDi & VDi variants, will cost Rs. 5.39 Lakhs & Rs. 5.85 Lakhs respectively. The DZiRE will house a 1.3-litre 16 valve AL Tec 32 engine under its hood. The diesel variant will be having a multi-jet DDiS engine.
Features:
It offers features like integrated stereo, automatic climate control & power windows. In addition, it offers enhanced interiors, extra shoulder room & head room at the rear, resulting in increased comfort. Safety aspects are also given due importance with features like Dual front airbags, Anti-lock Braking System with Electronic Breakforce Distribution (EBD), Seatbelt with pretensioners, Collapsible steering column, and Suzuki’s much acclaimed iCAT security system.
