Krishna, Dr Rajesh Talwar’s compounder, has on Tuesday said in the Ghaziabad CBI court that he has not given any statement & he is being framed by the CBI. Krishna’s lawyer told court that his client is being made a scapegoat.

Meanwhile, CBI asked for an 11-day extension in Krishna’s remand in order to conduct more tests on him. The court has reserved its decision on the extension of remand. While seeking extension CBI’s lawyer claimed that Krishna is lying & not cooperating in the investigation.
