Kirori Lal Meena resigned from Rajasthan Assembly
Kirori Lal Meena former minister of Rajashtan has on Saturday resigned from the Assembly in protest against the BJP government’s handling of the 22-day agitation. Meena has submitted his resignation to Assembly Speaker Sumitra Singh. In December, he had resigned from the Vasundhara Raje-led cabinet on the same issue.
Meena represents Sawai Madhopur constituency & was Food & Civil Supplies Minister. Meanwhile, the state government asked Gujjar Arakshan Sangharsh Samiti leader Kirori Singh Bainsala to come to the state capital for final round of talks on his demand for ST status for the community.
