Hans Raj Khanna the former judge of Supreme Court died on Monday. He was 95 years old.
Hans Raj Khanna served as the judge of the apex court from 1971 to 1977, & was survived by three sons & a daughter.
His cremation will take place at Lodhi crematorium on Monday at 12:00 pm. Justice Khanna was a Member for a long time of the PTI Board as a Chairman.
He was the lone dissenter in a five-member Bench which heard the habeas corpus case (ADM Jabalpur vs Shivkant Shukla) during emergency rule.
