The Punjab government has on Tuesday announced holiday for the second half of the day on Wednesday in all government offices/schools & Corporation located in Chandigarh & Mohali, to enable its employees to participate in “Nagar Kirtan” on the eve of Birthday of Sri guru Nanak Dev Ji.
Punjab government offices/schools located in other parts of of Punjab would observe half day holidy for the second half of the day tomorrow (12 November, 2008).
