Google launched “Youtube” in India

Youtube has been launched with a host of Indian content partners - NDTV, UTVi, Bindass, Zoom & Indiaglitz are broadcast partners, content from Rajshri Media & music related content from Music Today (part of the India Today group) & PhatPhish Records.
The Internet king is expecting a huge spurt in usage from India with the Indian-specific YouTube.co.in along with a country-specific video search for the content popular & relevant in India.
