The sources said that a FIR has been lodged against the minister Ved Ram Bhati & four others in connection with the murder of three people in Gautambudh Nagar district of the state following a long drawn tussle over securing contracts in the transport department. Additional Director General of Police Brij Lal Said that a case under section 120 for instigating murder has been filed against Bhati & under section 302 of murder against four others. No arrest has so far been made in this connection & investigations are on.
