A man on saturday shot at her daughter by a pistol then killed himself. Father Karandeep Singh who shot at her daughter Poonam in Chandigarh was a businessman.

He was a residence of Chandigarh. He was running a shop “Chicken kasauli”.

Father has died at the spot while daughter Poonam is in I.C.U. in PGI.

However, private news channel IBN7 reported that the daughter Poonam also died in PGI. According to the IBN7 the girl was rushed to the hospital where she called “brought dead”.

Police is investigating the matter.
