Anees Ibrahim, brother of Dawood Ibrahim, has been arrested in Saudi Arabia on Tuesday. He was arrested ta the Jeddah Airport of Saudi Arabia. Anees was detained for allegedly carrying a fake passport.

Both the Indian Embassy in Jeddah & the city’s Interpol have been alerted to the possible detention of Anees.

Anees Ibrahim is the prime suspect in the 1993 Mumbai serial blasts. He actively participated in the conspiracy & arranged to send consignments of AK-56 small arms & grenades to Mumbai.
