CBI to file chargesheet against Dr. Amit Kumar today

The chargesheet is likely to be filed in a Delhi court. Senior CBI officials said that after legal deliberations, the CBI may not chargesheet the recipients of the kidneys.
Amit Kumar was picked up from a forest retreat in Nepal on February 7 after the Interpol issued a Red Corner notice against him. The brothers are accused of conducting around 500 illegal transplants.
