Car rally held in Bihar

Car rally held in Bihar on Sunday was with a difference as it saw the participation of women in large numbers. At least 35 participants covered a distance of 128 kilometers from Patna to Bodh Gaya.
A co-ordinator of Indian Oil Femina Car Rally has said, “We want to bring the women of Bihar out of kitchen. We want to develop motor skills in women. We want to build an old age home with the money we are going to save by organising this event”.
Women drivers were thrilled & excited to be a part of the rally. The winner of the rally walked away with prize money of 881 dollars while the first runner up & second runner up were given 503 dollars & 377 dollars respectively.
