It shows that criminal like D.P.Yadav can buy the police and the role of the judge who sent Ajay Katara to 14 day judicial custody has failed in his duty to see that it is a clear framed up case especially in view of D.P.Yadav’s involvement in the case.It is shameful the criminal judicial system to work for D.P.Yadav when they earlier failed to highjack the Nitish Katara murder case.It is a clear warning to the witness who wants to give evidence against some powerful person,

It shows that criminal like D.P.Yadav can buy the police. The role of the judge who sent Ajay Katara to 14 day judicial custody is condemnable as he has failed in his duty to see whether it is a framed up case or not. It is an open and shut case of framing up Ajay Katara especially in view of D.P.Yadav’s involvement in the case.It is clear that our criminal administration of justice has been highjacked by the criminals like D.P.Yadav.When they failed to browbeat Ajayu Katara in Nitish katara murder case by getting him framed in a false case.It indicates how has D.P.Yadav has escaped the judicial dragnet and it is shameful that he could not be convicted in a single case inspite of his well known criminal activities and instead a person who showed courage in cooling his heal in jail.I hope somebody will take steps to see Ajay katara out of jail as his being sent to jail is a heart breaking news for the law abiding citizen. It is shameful the criminal judicial system to work for D.P.Yadav.It is a clear warning to the witness who wants to give evidence against some powerful person as the criminals have found a new way to browbeat witnesses and our system seems to be working for the criminals
