L K Advani, BJP senior leader in his election campaign speech again raked up the Ram Temple issue. He said that it was BJP’s resolve to build Ram Mandir in Ayodhya.

In his speech he said that the issue of Ram Mandir had catapulated BJP to power at the centre earlier and now the party has not forgotten its promise. The Mandir issue will be resolved. The party is till date committed to the construction of the Ram Temple.

He also mentioned that the real essence of ‘Jai Sri Ram’ can only be realized after the Mandir is built in the desired place that is Ayodhya.

L K Advani said these while addressing ‘Rashtra Raksha Vijay Sankalp Rally’ in Gorakhpur. He is the prime ministerial candidate for the party. He did not fail once again to say something about the UPA Government in the rally. He said that the 5 years of the UPA Government has witnessed upsurge in terrorism. He also in his speech accused the Centre of worsening the plight of common man. He added that in the BJP ruled states there were no cases of farmers’ suicide where as in non-BJP states there are many such cases.
