Aarushi murder case: Krishna remanded to 6-day CBI custody
The CBI court has on Tuesday remanded Krishna, Rajesh Talwar’s compounder, to six days of CBI custody in connection with Aarushi-Hemraj murder case. His custody was ended on Tuesday & he was produced in a court at Ghaziabad. In the Ghaziabad CBI court Krishna said that he has not given any statement & he is being framed by the CBI. Krishna’s lawyer told court that his client is being made a scapegoat.
Earlier, CBI had said that the crime scene of Aarushi Talwar & Hemraj’s murder was not examined properly despite several vital clues available at the scene of crime for many days. Though the Noida Police has been criticised about its shoddy investigation from day one, this is the first time the central investigating agency had publicly expressed its unhappiness with the UP Police.
