Satish Tamtathe Rajesh Talwar’s lawyer has said, “The special magistrate who handles CBI (Central Bureau of Investigation) cases is visiting jails on Saturday. Hence the case was listed for Tuesday”.
He said, “The original bail application filed in the chief judicial magistrate’s court at Noida has been withdrawn & a fresh application was filed Friday before the special magistrate for CBI cases at Ghaziabad”.
