The Northern Railway said that they has decided to run 400 new special trains & increase the passenger carrying capacity of several others by augmenting additional coaches to deal with the extra rush of passengers during the summer season.
The trains will be running from mid-March till the first week of July. Their frequency will depend on the traffic on the routes.
The trains to be augmented are Allahabad-Meerut City Sangam Express, Allahabad-Dehradun Link Express & Kanpur Central-New Delhi Shram Shakti Express.
