14 cops, 1 civilian killed in Naxal attack

According to Samay news the Armed Naxalites attacked a police training school on Friday night & killed at least 14 police personnel, including two women, & a civilian. The ultras also took away a cache of arms & ammunition in a bus they had hijacked in the district, about 100 km from Bhubaneswar.
According to the police, a group around 50 naxalites, with bombs and firearms raided Police Training School, district police station & armoury around 10:45 pm. Police said the victims included two from PTS & six from the police station & armoury, besides a civilian caught in the crossfire near Daspalla. One of the policemen killed in the attacks has been identified as ASI Nandpani Misra.
