Ajmal Kasab was scheduled for today to give statement on evidence introduced against him. Before the magistrate he denied all the charges saying that he had not participated in the terror attacks at Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus (CST) last year on November 26.

He also denied in a statement to the court that he had planted a bomb in a taxi. He told to the judge ML Tahiliyani that he had confessed before the magistrate which was recorded wrongly.

Earlier, after his arrest, Kasab made three confessions. One of the confessions was admission of guilt before the police soon after his arrest. Next confession he made before a magistrate that is also admissible as evidence and then he confessed in the trial court when he accepted his guilt partially.

Today, when the court recorded his version, he has decided not to stick to any of thre confessions.
