3rd November, 2012, London: According to researchers, enthusiastic exercise on a daily basis can fix problems caused by heart problems. The findings of the new research reveal that damages from heart disease can be fixed to an extent through cycling or running for thirty minutes a day.
The researchers saw that regular intense exercise can cause dormant stem cells spring into life and then it develops new heart muscles. It was previously known that stem cells might be coaxed into making new tissue with chemical injections, but this is the very first time when it is detected that regular simple exercise has the same kind of effect.
One of the researchers told a leading daily that regular exercise increases the growth factors that activates the stem cells to go on fix heart problems. Now, the researchers are expecting that this process would be more effective on damaged hearts. This is the very first time that this possibility has been found.
