Sanjay Dutt’s wedding with Manyata has been declared void by the government of Goa after it was detected that the two had submit ted fake certificates to faciliate the marriage.

The Goa district administration has now ordered re-examination of their marriage registration papers. The couple has registered their marriage in Goa, showing Manyata’s residence in the state for the past six months. Inquiry will be also conducted into why her divorce papers were not filed.

G. Nair, the South Goa Collector said,”We are investigating if there has been any irregularity in the issuance of certificates”.
