Meraj ul Rehman the Manyata’s first husband, has alleged that they got married in April 5, 2003 & have not formally separated yet. Mehraj Ul Rehman, filed an application in the court against the Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt & Manyata for allegedly getting married in violation of Muslim marriage norms.
Mehraj Ul Rehman moved an application before the Bandra metropolitan court praying for legal proceedings against Sanjay Dutt & Manyata for violating the Muslim marriage norms.
In his application, Rehman has stated that he had married Manyata on April 5, 2003. Rehman claimed that they are not yet divorced.
