Sonia Gandhi will inaugurate Shamshabad airport
Mar 14th, 2008 | Category:Cities News, States NewsSonia Gandhi the chairperson of UPA will arrive in Hyderabad on Friday for one day visit to Andhra Pradesh. She will inaugurate Shamshabad’s airport the country’s most modern international airport near Hyderabad.
Sonia Gandhi will be recieve at Rajahmundry in East Godavari district & then she will visit Tadipudi Pushkara irrigation project. She will then address a public meeting at Jaggampet in the district. The Congress President will proceed to Warangal district for a visit to the prestigious Devadula project billed as Asia’s biggest lift irrigation project.
Gandhi will arrive in Hyderabad & later would proceed to Shamshabad in the afternoon, about 30 kms from the city, to inaugurate the Rs 2,470 crore greefield international airport, the first to be developed under public-private partnership model.
