If you happen to be living in Delhi who is not so well versed in computers which prevents you to lodge complaint on MCD Facebook, you have a reason to rejoice. From Saturday onwards, Delhiites will no longer have to log on to Facebook and register complains to MCD regarding civic issues. All they need to do is to dial up a MCD helpline number 011-46485270 and directly file their complain which will be automatically put up on the social networking site.

In order to do it MCD has taken the help of Foundation for Innovation and Technology Transfer at IIT-Delhi which has developed a voice app via which users can call up the aforementioned number and their complain will be loged on MCD’s Facebook page.

The complainant will get a complaint number along with other details and once the complain has been addressed, another message will be sent.
