Two bomb blasts in Lahore
Two bomb blasts occured in a federal police building & a residential area in the eastern city of Lahore on Tuesday in which 25 people killed & many injured. An official said that the one of the blasts was outside the city-centre Federal Investigation Agency.
The building is gutted in fire badly damaged. Relief & rescue work is on. The first blast was caused by a bomb planted near a lift inside the building. The cause of the second explosion was not immediately clear. Police are investigating the matter.
