Suicide bomb attack killed 2 in Pakistan
May 6th, 2008 | Category:Breaking News, World NewsAt least two killed & five others injured when a suicide bomber blew himself up near a security check post in the northwestern Pakistani city of Bannu on Tuesday.
A senior official of Police said that the bomber, who detonated his explosives when police tried to stop him from entering the check post located within the city’s military area, also died.
The attacker came to the check post in a cycle-rickshaw & wanted to enter inside but police foiled his attempt. He then blew himself up. The injured were taken to the city’s military hospital. No group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
