Nick Hogan sentenced to Jail for August Car Crash
May 10th, 2008 | Category:Breaking News, Other Sports, World NewsFormer WWE superstar Hulk Hogan’s son Nick Hogan was sentenced to Jail on Saturday (IST) by a Florida Judge for his role in the August car crash that left his best friend, John Graziano, critically injured.
Judge Philip Federico has ruled that Nick Hogan 17 years old will serve 8 months in Pinellas Country Jail. He’ll also have 5 years of probation, 500 hours of community service & his license is suspended for 3 years.
After his release from prison, Nick must perform 500 hours of community service, as well as complete a DUI school within his first year on the outside. Finally, throughout his probation, Nick is prohibited from drinking alcohol of any kind. Nick apologized to the victim’s family in his statement to the court.
