Police had found a body believed to be the body of a toddler missing since 2003 at a rental home.
Daniel Thomas two years old went missing after being left with a babysitter. Daniel’s father Kevin Ruffels, a Myrtleford taxi driver said he was is shattered by the discovery.

Daniel’s father said, “I’m not too good at the moment. Of course it is upsetting but there’s nothing confirmed, but they’re pretty sure it’s a child’s body which will be Daniel’s of course”.
