Margaret Thatcher former Prime Minister in hospital

An official of the hospital said the former leader who is 82 years old was expected to spend the night in hospital for observation.
The official said, “Baroness Thatcher has been admitted to St. Thomas Hospital & is expected to remain in hospital overnight for observation. Her condition is stable & she is speaking to the medical staff who are caring for her”. Thatcher, Britain’s first woman prime minister, has often appeared at private functions in recent years but makes few public statements. Margaret Thatcher dominated British politics in the 1980 & was a firm supporter of her ideological colleague, US President Ronald Reagan.
